Well, I have to admit that 1.19B is a lot nicer to use than previous 
versions, but I do have a little niggle that I would like to get an 
answer to...

When I try to use blank_lev() it fails with a message saying "This 
module needs to be compiled with a newer MBS compiler - (IN 580 2)."  
This is a runtime, not a compile time, message.

The MBS compiler that is part of 1.19B is the compiler in use.

I find blank_lev() quiet useful, so I would like to be able to get this 
to work!
