Hello,

sorry for the email in german before. I'm reasking in english now:

My question is if somebody could include a code path to use hardware
accellerated MPEG decoding provided by the libXvMC(W). This seems to be
necessary at least for my system to decode and view HDTV without frame
drops. 

I feel very sorry to not have the ability to code such great feature, but I
can point ot the mpeg2play_accel project (http://www.xfree86.org/~mvojkovi/)
which includes such code path. And I can offer testing such developement.

Anyhow, by using the libXvMCW from unichrome project, suddently all VIA
CLE266 users get hardware accelleration too (not only for HDTV). Not sure if
ATI provides a libXvMC too.
