Alternatively, first try to get the _NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN atom, if
that fails, get the motif atom. (both with only_if_exists = True)

I'd assume it's no point in trying the motif hints if the
_NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN atom exits, but we probably need to verify
that.
