[Mapnik-users] error w.r.t loading lwpostgis.sql

Thanks for the reply,

Now I executed the command as:

psql -d template_postgis -U postgres -f /usr/share/postgresql/contrib/postgis.sql

Now the error number of sql has changed:
psql:/usr/share/postgresql/contrib/postgis.sql:6949: ERROR:  current transaction is aborted, commands ignored 
until end of transaction block

Kindly help !
