[Linux-uvc-devel] Patch for USB problem with Logitech webcams?

The archive shows that Evgeny was working on a patch for the problem, and
his latest message

   By the way, my work over hardware bug is almost complete.  I'll post
   stable patch soon.  The bug is definitely in hardware, but we can bypass
   it in driver.

That was in Dec 2006.  Any news?

Are the relevant patches archived somewhere?
The wiki at http://openfacts.berlios.de/index-en.phtml?title=Linux+UVC
doesn't say a word about the problem, let alone link to a patch.
