I like that, too. Not that I use the compact mode, but having more horizontal space with 
all screens becoming wider and wider makes sense.

A little inconsistency: In Tracker the menu says simply "Mount", in Deskbar "Mount Disks".
I'd prefer "Mount Disks", OTOH, there may be other things than disks that could be mounted...
In any way, it should be called the same.
