Hmm I had a patch to update it but it's old anyway...
however, it should really be handled with the vendor tree as lavc is 
very messy...

Also, please use svn revision instead of date, it's much more precise 
and avoids requiring to diff all possible revisions of the day (and 
previous and next ones as not everyone is in the same day on earth...).
