I tested with a shrunk down StyledEdit : I launched it, then opened a file
with it through Tracker, and this was the observed behavior. Though I'm not
sure that, on BeOS, B_SILENT_RELAUNCH is sent with a non B_REFS_RECEIVED
message in the initial message list.
