New description:

 I noticed it while trying to start Summon (http://www.bebits.com/app/574)
 with
 mounted R5 partition.
 A little investigation with diskprobe showed that summon is trying to
 launch
 application/x-vnd.Be-SHEL (sig from R5 terminal) while haiku's is
 application/x-vnd.Haiku-Terminal

 back trace will follow

Comment:

 Is this one still current? I don't have any problems starting BeOS R5's
 Terminal. Though I didn't try Summon.
