[Cdrecord-support] DVD resfresh backup

please help me with the syntax of cdrecord that burn
DVD/RW+- with the
options of
-enabling to refresh (update) an old backup. Also -
-enabling viewing and reburnning with the same DVD on
nero windows.
-enabling multisession writing.
